✨ 2025 Year in Review: A Year of Growth, Gratitude, and Beautiful Spaces

As this year comes to a close, I can’t help but pause and reflect on what an incredible journey 2025 has been for Consciously Curated Home Staging.

This year brought more homes, more furniture, more systems and most importantly, more people who believed in what I do. That was one of the biggest take-aways from last year. Having a support system that believes in you.

From the quiet neighborhoods of Louisville and Erie to the bustling listings in Boulder, Longmont, and the Denver area, I had the honor of transforming homes that told their own unique stories.

Here’s a little look back at the highlights that made this year so special.

🏡 More Homes Staged Than Ever Before

It’s been the busiest year yet with more homes staged across Boulder County, Lafayette, Erie, Longmont, and beyond than any year prior.

Each project was different: small condos, large family homes, mini-mansions, and modern new builds. But the goal was always the same to create that instant connection when buyers walked in.

🪴 More Beautiful Furniture and Inventory Expansion

2025 also marked a turning point for my inventory.

I added dozens of new pieces that reflect the calm, timeless aesthetic my clients love: warm wood tones, organic textures, and neutral layers that feel effortless and elevated. Of course, I focused on making sure everything felt cohesive with my existing inventory.

With that came a major storage upgrade, allowing me to organize and access my collection more efficiently (and keep those staging days running smoothly!). I purchased tons of new shelving and rented out a storage unit for only my accessories in a beautiful climate controlled space.

👥 A Growing Team

This year, I officially began expanding my small but mighty team, bringing on new helping hands for installations, coordination, and logistics. It's been a life saver and I'm truly grateful for all of the help. I couldn't do it without my team.

Delegating more allowed me to stay focused on what I love most: designing thoughtful, intentional spaces that help homes sell fast.

It’s been such a gift to have people alongside me who share the same care and attention to detail.

🗂️ Streamlining Behind the Scenes

While it’s not the “pretty” part of the business, 2025 was also about structure.

I created and refined new systems, SOPs, and processes. Everything from client onboarding to mover coordination to post-stage checklists.

These tools have made staging days smoother, projects faster, and communication easier for both clients and my team.

💫 More Clients, More Relationships

One of my favorite parts of this year?

Building lasting relationships with incredible realtors, homeowners, and investors who value the power of good design.

Each partnership reminded me why I started this journey, to help people feel that spark when they walk into a space that just feels right.

🌿 Looking Ahead to 2026

As I look ahead to 2026, I’m filled with gratitude and excitement for the new year.

There are more homes to stage, more ideas to bring to life, and more opportunities to create beauty with intention.

My goals for this year is to keep building incredible relationships with new clients. I also

Thank you to every client, realtor, and partner who made this year unforgettable.

Here’s to continued growth, creativity, and calm, curated homes in the year ahead.
